Open workings and several shafts, with two located in woodland east of the school at SJ 1985 5680. Further south, two additional shafts were present—one near the roadside at SJ 1970 5675 and another at SJ 1995 5645, positioned on a limestone outcrop.
Small lead mining operation situated on the western flanks of the Graig. It was active during the early 19th century but appears to have been worked out by the mid-1800s.
