Several buildings still stand, although they have mostly been altered and repurposed for agricultural use.



Ancient working that saw development during the 1870s. A water-powered mill was constructed on site, though it may never have been fully equipped or operational. The quarry employed around 12 men between 1876 and 1879 but ultimately failed to survive the economic depression of the late 1870s.
