Several mine shafts remain in the vicinity, particularly around the Golf Course north of the Electricity Power Station at grid references SJ 1974 6402, SJ 1982 6402, SJ 1983 6402, and SJ 1989 6404. To the south of the Power Station, additional shafts are present within gorse-covered terrain, alongside remnants of stonework that may have belonged to a mine-related structure.

Earlier workings taken over by the Pantybuarth Company (PRN 103203). In 1896, the Brunner Mond Company assumed control, continuing operations until 1917.
