The only significant visible remain is a chimney close to Engine Shaft. That shaft is open at the top but was filled with rubbish in the 1970s and I’m not aware of anyone having accessed it or the limited underground working since then. Four or five other shafts were only visible as depressions in the ground back then. Cheshire Record Office has a couple of photos (not online) which show building remains near the chimney around 1900.
